Are you navigating a complex or new system and need support as you find your way?
If yes, consider working with a coach to accompany you on the journey. All of our coaches are trained coaches through the ICF (International Coaching Federation) and experienced in coaching other leaders in the NEXT Church network. The package includes five 50-minute coaching sessions, to be scheduled with your coach at mutually convenient times.
