A NEXT Church Workshop – May 19 @ 1pm EST

Enneagram at Church

You may know your Enneagram type, and those of some church leaders, but did you know that your congregation has a type, too? The Enneagram offers a lens for relationships that allows us to move beyond differences in our preferred social styles and centers of intelligence to understand what motivates others and to be understood ourselves. In this workshop we will explore the nine Enneagram types, how each type shows up in a community of faith, what to look for in leaders of each type, and how type expresses itself collectively in a congregation.

A recording of the workshop will be available to view or review for one week following the workshop. To accompany the workshop, participants will receive a handbook about Enneagram types at church at the conclusion of the session.

WHAT OTHERS ARE SAYING

Martha’s enneagram presentations were excellent. I have been working with the enneagram for several years but I learned so much from her!

Pastor

Martha’s style is accessible and affirming, clear and comprehensive.

Church Member

Martha presented the enneagram in a much more positive way than I was accustomed to. Her knowledge of the whole enneagram came through very clearly.

Pastor

Martha completely reframed my understanding of Enneagram material, which was tremendously helpful.
